Which type of license are you using on that server?  The query:  EXEC master.dbo.xp_sqllitespeed_licenseinfo  will indicate whether it is a Standard or Enterprise

As it turns out...Error 12200 is E_DBSTATE_ERROR.  The error means the database is in standby mode, or offline, or in recovery, or a similar status.FastCompression should have displayed all the output...
