As I browse the LiteSpeed UI (7.5.0.539) for an instance, several pairs of these messages are written to the SQL Server log for that instance. What is LiteSpeed doing that requires making changes in SQL Server (and then setting them back) just to display data?
For example:
LogDate | ProcessInfo | Text |
2013-10-28 10:05:03.880 | spid63 | Configuration option 'show advanced options' changed from 0 to 1. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install. |
2013-10-28 10:05:04.010 | spid63 | Configuration option 'show advanced options' changed from 1 to 0. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install. |
2013-10-28 10:05:06.410 | spid63 | Configuration option 'show advanced options' changed from 0 to 1. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install. |
2013-10-28 10:05:06.440 | spid63 | Configuration option 'show advanced options' changed from 1 to 0. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install. |
2013-10-28 10:05:06.590 | spid65 | Configuration option 'show advanced options' changed from 0 to 1. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install. |
2013-10-28 10:05:06.630 | spid65 | Configuration option 'show advanced options' changed from 1 to 0. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install. |
This is on a SQL Server 2012 instance.
